Fuckin’ Glorious (VB)

PR Day is a day like no other…well expect for last month’s PR Day…but aside from that, PR Day is a day like no other. The burn of your quads, your lungs desperately gasping for relief from the cold air, stair, stairs, and more stair with a side burpees…which actually I guess when you say it out sounds a lot like most days at NovemberProjectVB…fuckin glorious. read more

Looking Fine at Twenty-Nine (VB)

Today we celebrate many things. First day of fall (autumn), Kris Utt’s Birthday ( You guessed it! 29!), November Project Summit 3.0 kicks off this weekend in Park City Utah! #NPSUMMIT

We celebrated in the best way possible — We started and ended the workout with homemade warm human cinnamon bun rolls. We bounced and ran hill & stairs for dessert until every last rep of 29  was complete. read more

Running High: Avoiding Altitude Sickness on the Trail

There’s a new challenge ahead. You’re preparing for a trail race, in the mountains, at an altitude much higher than you’re accustomed to. Rather than freak out, train with an oxygen restricting mask (yes, these exist!), and risk being mistaken for Hannibal Lecter at your next pub run, take a deep breath… yes, suck in every last morsel of oxygen… and exhale all of your worries away. read more

Back to our Roots (VB)

9.9.15 – Virginia Beach, VA

Let’s go back to our roots. Our #grassrootsgear, our #grassroots Free Fitness, our #grassroots Free Hugs, & out #grassroots Community.

Today was a big day in #NP_VB history. Today we made our man Kris Utt the new Co-Leader (he accepted, thankfully) of NP Virginia Beach and I could not be more excited about what is to come. He gave an awesome speech about how much he loves NP and something about three things his soccer coach from middle school once told him. It was awesome. read more

We worked together and learned how to run not only on pavement but on the grass too. We learned our partners favorite flavor.. of ice cream. We learned that Katie takes awesome NP YearbookPhotos – Thanks Katie!! read more

Set Goals. Break Them. Repeat. (VB)

What a day. PR Day. When I showed up this morning I thought to myself it was going to be tough for the tribe to beat their PRs from our last PR Day (MAY 2015).

But you guys not only beat your PRs. You CRUSHED THEM.
