August 9, 2021: COVID-19 is influencing different locations around the world in different ways so the list of the cities that are holding in-person workouts is constantly changing. Please check in with your local November Project group through their social media outlets for the most up to date information and directions on how to safely participate in November Project workouts. For information about wearing masks at the workouts, please check out the latest update. March 12, 2020: Until further notice, November Project workouts and social events in ALL 52 cities around the world are canceled due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. As an organization that thrives on community engagement, group fitness, and defying social norms, it pains us to have to postpone all workouts until further notice, but it is our responsibility to protect the health of our members, leaders, and family members throughout the world. While we will not hold any group gatherings, we plan to continue with virtual workouts that you can do at home which we will be posting on Tuesdays. We hope you all continue to sweat with us, sharing your workout via photos, videos, and stories using #NP_continues so we can all remain connected. Thank you for your support in making this decision and please continue to practice every day healthy habits as well as social distancing to limit exposure to this illness. Be well, November Project.

November Project™ is a FREE fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months. Now present in multiple cities around the world, the movement is using a simple sense of accountability (verbal) to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving.

Our members vary from Olympic medalists, professional athletes, marathoners, triathletes, current and former collegiate athletes all the way to complete fitness rookies and recent couch potatoes just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. If you think that you’re not fit enough to join the group, stop thinking and come see what the fuss is all about.
