Maybe there’s a theme going on here with top hits and November Project but with last weeks skating, skating on the Rideau Canal chant and this weeks Carly Rae Jepsen number we might be on to something. With that in mind, we highly encourage you to blast this tune in your car maybe ask the bus driver to crank it up or share it with a colleague.
And just like that it’s winter again. It’s BANANAS! Snow has fallen upon the roofs, sidewalks, and windshields of buses and cars across the city. To be exact a 14.40cm of snow has fallen since Monday afternoon. Making our bare trees turn into those whimsical, full of life figures much like life in a glittery, snow globe.
Were you wondering why we put labels on your back? Then we asked you not to find out what was on your on label but laugh make note and maybe keep an eye out for a particular label that said; Hi, I’m 10 burpees, or Hi, I’m hold plank while singing O Canada, or Hi, I’m 10 sprawls or 25 sits ups or 25 squats? Who were you? How did people respond to your name?

ve, overenthusiastic and caring human join us each and every week.
