Max Power 3000 – (PHL)

We planned a quickie this morning, but that didn’t mean it would be easy on our bodies or our brains. This morning’s workout required coordination, it required teamwork and it required math.
We broke our ever growing group of amazing folks who want to get fit for free into teams of ten this morning. Nineteen teams of ten, a few had spillovearage with eleven in total – you do that math for our attendance!

Each team was required to complete 1000 sit-ups, 1000 push-ups, 500 burpees and 500 squats in any manner they saw fit. They were given chalk and able to tally each move as they proceeded. Teams tackled the completion (and the math) in various ways. Only one could be the victor however, and the winning team was awarded front row seats to today’s group photo as well as an opportunity to up the weird quotient post straight-faced-shot. What did they call? Right arms up and give your neighbor’s armpit a sniff! Always keeping it weird in the PHL.
