March around Montréal [MTL]

Get ready to March around Montréal next month (March [get it?!]) with November Project Montréal!

Spring is on the verge (we’re optimists over here) and we’re feelin’ spry! We want to meet new people and invite you and your friends to join us for workouts as we explore the city every Wednesday at 6:29 a.m. 

The survey results are in! We asked where you wanted to workout, and you told us!

We’ve planned something special in each location around the city and we’ve got all the details below. Location, transportation, workout, & of course post-workout caffeination have all been addressed.

Workouts are all scalable to all levels of physical ability. We’ve got modifications for wherever you’re at. We’re making the city our playground for some morning recess, and you are all kinds of welcome to join. #justshowup, we have everything else taken care of!

We’re going to be running the stairs at the Oratoire Saint-Joseph

We’re going to be doing a Market Theme functional body weight circuit + a touch of cardio 😉

Wednesday, March 27, 2019– Sunrise 6K on the Mountain

Meet HERE – The Georges-Étienne monument

Closest Metro: Sherbrooke(orange line) or Place-des-Arts(green line)

We’re going to run up the mountain from the monument and loop back for a total of 6K(turn around point will be marked)
