April Fools Day. The morning started out like every other Wednesday morning, slow, windy, cold (mostly because of the wind), and at Mount Trashmore Park with November Project. We bounced and jumped right into the infamous plank worm. The plank worm was short lived because Nicole’s muscular calves tripped Heidi by accident… <_<
3.25.2015 Whoop! There it is! Still on a high from Shamrock Marathon Weekend. I mean we had 6 out of the 19 November Project Tribes in town. It is almost like we planned it (mini #NP_Summit??). Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, New York, Minneapolis, & Virginia Beach. Yes… I am counting ourselves. We are people too.

Happy St. Patricks Day! We are now starting at 6:15AM – Enjoy those 11 more minutes to sleep in.. We listened to some fine Irish music to get ourselves going in the bounce and then somehow the playlist went on so long we were getting some Ellie Goulding ‘Love Me Like You Do’ from 50 Shades of Grey soundtrack. ANYWAYS.. not mad about it.. but.. let’s talk about the workout. You all were beasts. It was so scary; I actually thought I saw real wild animals. Well, I sort of did see wild animals. Bears; specfically. You raced, you rock, paper, scissored and then #BearCrawlsForBreakfast. Rinse and Repeat. Nice work #riseandgrind as most of us were preparing for the Shamrock Marathon weekend here in VB.
Heroic Hearts Project – Remember that group? Yeah, we created it to help us become official. Each week as we pledged we grew stronger and faster and bigger. Finally after months of pledging. Boom. Heroes were born.

#NP_VB was born. BG & company came all the way from Sunny San Diego to welcome us into the November Project Family. It was awesome. They brought with them a few things.. The weather (it was in the 60s that morning!), The coveted #PositivityAward, NP stencils for #grassrootsgear, and we brought down The House. The Energy! On our Day 1 in front of Grand Dad our vibe was threw the roof – 36 humans strong. You all showed up and gave it everything you had.
