“Well the weather outside was frightful, but the fire J-Keys lit under everyone’s asses was so” . . . well, that was frightful too, but it sure as hell got us moving (looking at you Ja’Shawn . . . nice work today)! Wrong holiday, right idea. Thanksgiving too often gets overlooked in stores and themes, so it’s comforting to know that Shaw can always dish out a soothing festive song like “The Gobble”, which inspired the below “piece” . . . .
Workout:
Gobble baby, gobble baby, gobble baby, gobble . . . so many stairs that I’ve started to hobble . . . as I go to fill my plate which I better not bobble . . . or I’ll have a mess to clean, but that messy job . . .’ll have to wait ’til I take another nobble, I mean nibble . . . of this delicious turkey; does anybody eat the gibl . . . ets or are they too despicable (despicObble); either way, that tryptophan gives me a sleepy wobble . . . Mom I finished all my turkey, please pass the apple cobble . . . r.
And we sang that sweet hymn on repeat for half an hour. . . . that’s not what we did.

Up-N-Overs with a twist (literally)
-Up to the top
-Leafpile/turkey slap/Mick Jagger stage presence lunges across the top east side
-Actual workout shot-
-Turkey twist ab work on the south sidewalk
-Up to the top
-Red wine grapevines across the west upper
-Back down to some pumpkin pie pushups on the north landing
