During this time when we are unable to meet in person, we are so lucky to have ZOOM to continue our free workouts. It’s so important right now to do a lot of things, but taking care of your health is huge. Keep moving, if you don’t want to join in on zoom, the workouts will be posted for everyone, each week. Take care of yourselves always.

All participants will be muted upon entry. If not, the display will jump to whoever is making sound which will make it difficult to carry on the workout. Also, listening to everyone breathing heavy is a bit awkward.
Workouts will be posted to November Project Worcester on Facebook, NP Worcester Social ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/NPWooSocial/ ) every Tuesday, as well as on our instagram account (@novemberprojectworcester) . Pro Tip- Jot down the workout and keep it close by during the workout. Not required as Jim and I will be providing direction.
After the workout, stick around and watch Amber make the most impressive breakfast burrito you’ve ever seen, get dizzy watching me run my dog, sip on coffee, and let’s keep spirits high. This too, shall pass.

Many of you have already posted yourselves joining other cities for their workouts , that is what this is all about. Making the most of a really weird situation.
