The tribe was whole today. Leadership was together at the same workout for the first time in over a week, and surely didn’t skip a beat as they were right back to their usual antics of agreeing so much that one might think they shared a brain. Translation: simultaneously pointing in opposite directions.
Our bleacher breakfast at Franklin Field was shared with some traveling NP members from Boston and NYC. Some NHL cohorts who are in the PHL this weekend for the draft gobbled up those stands too. We also had a visitor from Scotland, who was recruited while shopping at a running store in NYC earlier in the week. World takeover at its finest!
We, Dan and myself (we), would like to thank all of you for your thoughtful gift this morning. I know I speak for both of us when I say that each and every one of you are a gift in our lives and we are truly proud of this community you are building. The tribe is a crazy bunch and we love being a part of the journey with you all… Note: Please pretend all that just roared through our new megaphone (because it would have sounded way cooler and louder) and thats how we said it!!!
Update for y’all: Jess is going to be just fine. A few stitches and a few bruises but she walked home post stitch – this gal is a trooper! Super big thanks to our resident doctor, Brett and his assist post spill.
Your weekend is earned! However you choose to spend it; have fun, do well by others, spread joy everywhere you go. Xoxo
See y’all for another fun filled 60 mins next Wednesday morn at The Steps!Share via socials:
