It was so great to welcome back old friends, meet new ones and hang out with the tribe this morning. Home for the holidays was Jaden back from Vancouver, Billy from Florida, and Scott from Boston. We also welcomed a Californian who’s in town for work…hmmm…wonder how often his beard gets frosty running in the mornings? Glad we could share our tribe with you!!
The tribe was strong again this morning…up and down Emily Murphy Hill who did not disappoint us by being too slick to get to the top. It is so rewarding to see the tribe muscle up that hill…determined, with goals set – running a little faster, a little further each time…progress being made every week with each hill repeat. I am a proud leader!

Some people have asked what’s happening Christmas Eve…we commit to every Monday, Wednesday and Friday so…Christmas Eve we will run the Royal Glenora Stairs! See you there
