Can you believe it is already the end of July 2016? Time flies when you’re having fun at November Project.
Today was hot, humid, and hot. I think we still managed to have some PRs though!
Other fun news. We had some newbies today! (6ish). My parents #justshowedup! & We tagged some fresh #grassrootsgear just in time for back to school shopping.
Heather gave Jen the #NPtheBook Peer-to-Peer award! Get reading Jen!! 🙂
and last but most important — Rehn West EARNED the #PositivityAward. Rehn is such a YUGE part of the tribe. I met her at Chick’s Oyster Bar back in March and she has been coming ever since. Always has smile on her face and always the fun at the party. She also always shows up to put in work at NP no matter the course of events the night before. She gives back to the community and is always there if you need her. Basically, if you don’t know Rehn yet you should start being her friend.

SATURDAY JULY 30th @ 9AM meet us at lululemon in Town Center Virginia Beach for a special NP_VB flavored workout. We will also be having some special visitors from our sister city #NP_PHL coming down for the weekend just for fun and to support us! So come hang and get your sweat on!
