What the heck, this time of season again? Workouts without any sign of sunlight!!
Ok maybe we’re not fully there just yet but that sunrise took its sweet time coming up over the horizon this morning haha. It’s not all doom and gloom but I bring it up to say get outside as much as you can. Enjoy the amazing city we live in and take pause to appreciate it whenever you can. The lack of sun certainly did not stop any of us this morning! Everyone was out there putting the work in and gosh it looked good – great work 🙂
Let’s get right into the juicy stuff. Here are the things that you need to know:
- This Friday at Walterdale hill is our tagging day. Bring a lightly coloured shirt and we’ll tag November Project on it for you
- Sunday Aug 21 – Edmonton marathon. If you aren’t running yourself come cheer with us! We are combing forces with our friends over at RunAway and making an awesome cheer station. The spot to meeting is 102 ave and 121 street from 8am to 12pm. Bring out your cow bells and cheering voices as we support our community kicking this race’s butt!!
- Aug 24 – Old 96er/The Gristle All the details are here – https://november-project.com/the-old-96er-the-gristle/ everyone is welcome to either show up at 5:30am or 6am
I feel old saying “time flies” but my goodness we are already at the end of Aug. Know that looking back over the summer I wouldn’t have wanted to spend my mornings with any other community. Your presence is a present and I am grateful for it. Have an amazing evening and we’ll see you on Friday!!!
Keep being awesome,
Rob
