The BBC World News Aims @Nov_Project

Today was an important day here in Boston, Madison, & SF. It’s the day after our largest media outreach on the radio that we’ve had yet. The BBC world news (that got picked up by local NPR stations) told our story yesterday which included our good friend Andrew Ference, the San Francisco and Madison tribes as well. It’s also important today to notice that our second branch in Madison, Wisconsin broke 100 members in a single workout today (105). Dan Graham’s group is only a few months old and they are off to an amazing start. Below is the audio to our interview on BBC World News.

We hope that you’re very proud of this kind of exposure and that you share this info on your personal social media outlets. Maybe it’s the rain keeping my tone a little bit more chill today or maybe it’s the fact that this mornings workout in Brookline was so awesome that I don’t have any f-bombs’s left in me.

Monday’s workout will meet at Kendall Square outside of Sebastian’s Café. For those of you who have never been to Kendall or know where Sebastian’s is located please see the map below. Run there, plan for a short set of sprints and seven minutes of work before hotting the road to get back home. Have a great weekend and we’ll see you soon.

Warm-up double lap, once forward, once backward, all laughs.
Four rounds of ‘Bell Lap’ By 8, 6, 4, 2.
Everyone busted their asses and everyone shared ten sweaty hugs (minimum).
105 Athletes at the square and every single one was impressive.
That’s a lot of rock hard bodies.

Goosebumps as I type this, but it must be said…

The tribe is strong.
