With more requests than almost any other U.S. city, St. Louis will finally have their first taste of November Project this week. That’s right, our very own Nick Rod, Co-Leader of November Project Baltimore, will be hosting a rowdy session this week and we need you there to prove that St Louis is indeed ready for a tribe. Here are the details that matter…
WHAT: A FREE, fun, fierce, November Project Pop-Up workout that will blow your mind in under an hour. Some running, some bodyweight work, and some connecting with community.
WHEN: (This) Friday, August 21st starting at 6:29AM sharp.
WHERE: World’s Fair Pavilion inside Forest Park… which is in St.Louis, MO. Click here for the map to get you there.
WEAR: Loud colors with room to take on the November Project logo, which will be painted at the close of the workout by Mr. Nick Rod himself. Also consider brining a bottle of water, your phone for photos (before or after, not during), and an open mind.
HOW: We don’t know how we’ll do it either! But somehow, we’ll pull… over one hundred athletes of all levels and speeds (slow is far better than scared and at home). Come see HOW we do it in person.
THE WORLD: Can be yours… but you have to get off your ass and try new things.
