Slish n Splash (YEG)

There’s no better way to kick off a 6th birthday than with a 6 AM slip n slide party! Right?! Right!

6 years ago, at the invitation of a newly signed Oiler, about 20 people chose to show up in the early morning at Kinsmen Park for an unknown fitness thing. We flipped through a deck of cards, slid down some really fast slides, and posed for a photo.

6 years later, not a lot has changed. While the community has grown, we are still committed to showing up, putting in the work, and having fun.

There’s not much more to say other than THANK YOU! Thank you for choosing to show up. Thank you for choosing to share your energy. Thank you for choosing FUN! Thank you for choosing to be a part of the November Project Canada community!

When you get an opportunity I encourage you to check out the photos from this morning as they truly capture what I am at a loss for words to describe.

The party continues Wednesday at Commonwealth Stadium – Gate 2 – 6 AM

  • Wear Red, White & Black to represent November Project Canada
  • Prepare a gooding bag/loot bag/treat bag to swap with someone else Wednesday.
  • As announced today, our founder, the person responsible for bringing November Project to Edmonton, Andrew, will be leading his final bounce on Wednesday, we’d love to pack the stadium for this moment.

Until next time…SMILE! J
