When my brother suggested that we play slaps for Monday’s workout I was a little hesitant. Growing up there were several occasions when this game sounded like a good idea while waiting at the bus stop and quickly escalated into one of us, me, trying to hold back the tears as my hands stung red. However this morning wasn’t about quick hands and zero flinching, instead we focused on strength and grit. When your only rest comes in the form of a plank hold you know that tomorrow you’ll be aching, perhaps even wishing for the raw hands instead 😉

Squats-Lunges-Abs-Push-ups-Plank-YEAH! was the name of the game this morning – good job to all for grinding it out!
