So it has been raining non-stop for the past 48? hours. Seems like it. I am talking buckets of rain, solid downpours for hours at a time and in some areas they have received totals in 12″+
SO did we decide to stay home and let the winter layers start building (accelerated by all thing pumpkin, corn, fall —INSERT LUKE BRYAN). NO (well some of you did) For the rest of us, we are #Weatherproof. We were kids again playing in the rain. In true NP fashion (WE NEVER CANCEL WORKOUT) We began runing around the full loop (1.25-1.5 miles) of MT Trashmore in indian sprint formation. By the time we got on the far side, about half way around lake trashmore, we ran through – what had to be a HUGE puddle (really just an extension of the lake). Probably 1 foot deep and 50 yards to the other side. The puddle was probably my favorite part of the run (we should have just stayed there and done burpees until John H and Jen showed up.)

Then we laugh, cried, slept because we have to wait a whole week to do this all again. Get ready for PR day next Wednesday!
