September is time for revitalization in Chicago. Da Bears are back, Goose Island re-releases Rambler and Oktoberfest, and DePaul/Loyola/UChicago/
We’re not all about the new though. Today’s workout was a throwback to the old school. High School track practice to be more specific. We started with everyone’s favorite warm-up drills (butt flickers, bounding, etc.), maxed out on some wind sprints, threw in some ab work, and had an awesome time.
Fall revitalization also meant lots of new faces at #NP_CHI this morning so we ended practice with a little #SuperFriendsUnite exercise. Max out on burpees and get to know your NP_CHI framily? Sounds like a good time to me!
