LAX Hell Week. That’s a Wrap

Sunrise 6K clap clap clap-clap-clap!  Sunrise 6K clap clap clap-clap-clap! What. A. Finish.  Guys, I am still smiling from this morning because I am SO proud of everyone.  Sappy, I know but I just loved seeing the tribe come together this week, many of you for ALL FIVE days, and bust your butts in workouts.  I mean, AdamKauffman’s watch told him he needed 53 hours of recovery so I’m going to take that as a win for this week.

There were four days of hills and I mean mega hills.  From Baxter to Micheltorena, it was no joke.  Then to finish it off with a flat 6K and #raceeverything was quite a nice way to say HELL YES to this week.

And a big thanks to Elevation Culture for coming in clutch designing those awesome 6K medals!

Running related fun fact: Did you know there is a Sunrise 6K Strava Segment?  If you did happen to Strava your route this morning, if you go into the particular run, you can see the segment and who else has run it over the years!
