- Yearbook pictures were taken this week. Keep an eye out…they’ll be published soon
- Save the date: Sunday August 12th 2018 – Don’t miss out
On this final week as a co-lead of this awesome movement we call November Project Montréal, Jake was nice enough to teach us a few easy moves to help us fight off Hypothermia! Yes Hypothermia in *almost* summer. For those that do not know, hypothermia is a medical emergency that occurs when your body loses heat faster than it can produce heat, causing a dangerously low body temperature. Normal body temperature is around 37 C. Hypothermia occurs as your body temperature falls below 35 C. Considering it was over 20 C and we were working out at the stadium, the timing was a bit off … but we had a blast learning the moves anyway. Seeing all of you hopping around trying not to screw up the steps was so much fun. Something we will never forget. We will surely keep it in our arsenal of warmup drills come the winter months.
I would like to take a minute to thank Jacob for his tenure as co-lead this past month. He did an awesome job helping come up with these weekly wacky workouts. A real natural! As we read in his guest blog posting last week, Jake loves November Project and November Project loves Jake. THANKS A MILLION JACOB!
Yearbook pictures were taken today by our lovely photographer Marie-Ève. I am looking forward to seeing them and see what funny faces you guys have done to show your post-NP workout states. As we did last year, NP yearbook pictures will be published by all tribes on the same day all around the world. So, keep an eye out…your pictures will be all over social media soon 🙂
Last but not least, I would like to ask all of you to save the date on Sunday August 12th, 2018 in your calendars. Something really cool is being planned presently with our partners the North Face. It will be epic and I would love for all of you to be around for it. So, note it in your agendas or your phones, the morning of SUNDAY AUGUST 12 2018 is now taken.
Have a great week all and keep on kicking it. See ya next week. It’s PR week 😉Share via socials:
