HI FRIENDS! I missed you! SO MUCH. Like, so so so much. Infinity amount, even.
I missed your hugs, I missed your smiles, and I missed swearing in French. Another big thing that I missed was the opportunity to watch so many of you lead the tribe in your own quirky and creative ways. You guys are amazing and Derek raved about you all every single week.
Now that I’m back, it’s back to burpee town (sorry Nancy!). Today’s workout featured a lot of burpees, a lot of giggles, and some all out sprints.
Also: Marie-Hélène and Sulay killing everyone else with their comfy, easy-peasy partner challenge victory.
Upcoming things:
- NP social event: August 17th we’re going and grabbing a bite in order to finally see what the rest of the group looks like after 7am. Bonding and fun are mandatory.
- NP recruitment run: August 20th we’re doing some arts and crafts to make recruitment papers then going on a group run and handing said papers out. Can you imagine the hilarity of being on a seemingly normal run and being stopped by a herd of eccentric, neon-coloured strangers?
