Rick, that bounce this morning, I have no words. Can I get a slow clap?! J Biebs never sounded so good.

Bridge Challenge, it’ll creep up on ya. One minute you’re smiling, high fiving friends, feeling like a million bucks, surrounded by your tribe, just on top of the world.  The next you’re doubled over, nearly puking, sore everywhere, after 30 minutes of HARD work! You’re welcome. I mean who doesn’t love a workout where we’re all together and working our asses off?! You brought the fire this morning tribe and the vibe was next level. We see you pushing it and pushing each other!  The tribe is so strong.

NP BBQ BONFIRE BONANZA tonight! Come! Details here: There will be a bonfire, and burgs, and beers and buds.  It’s gonna be a good one and you won’t want to miss out!

Brian hands off the Shabooya award to Sara (Can anyone say HAWT PARENTS?!- oh wait- other Sara said just that!)  Sara is awesome.  She comes every week, she races every race, she works hard and is welcoming to everyone.  Sara leads by example by bringing her daughter Kate to workouts, and wow do those two work hard! Thank you Sara for being a role model for the next generation of #fastandfemale athletes.

Madison, Wisconsin let’s FILL THAT VAN (said in the Home Makeover ‘move that bus’ cadence).  We will drive and we will race and we will have fun and we will work hard and we will build a stronger tribe.  Look at the last blog, or talk to me for the details.  We have 5 spots filled, and a bunch of maybes. If you’re thinking about it come talk to me, if you’re a ‘maybe’ become a ‘yes’.

Sunrise 6k, August 18th.  It’s gonna be legit.  We will run fast and we will cheer hard.  And you might even get some swag.  Tell your run crew, tell your coworker, tell your Mom, tell everyone.

One a non-NP (but still community related) note:  Winnipeg is hosting the 2017 Canada Games for the next 2 week, and it’s a BFD.  Go watch an event; there are some incredible, talented, hard working young athletes competing.  Support our city and our young Canadian athletes, wear your grassroots gear and make all those new visitors to our beautiful city feel welcome!
Much Love
