Figure EIGHT (PHL)

This morning the workout was simple yet effective.  Figure 8’s with upper body, core and lower body workouts sprinkled in the mix.  These are the precise types of workouts where YOU get to decide how challenging they are.  For example, if you thought today’s workout was easy, you probably weren’t running with Richie.  The dude was relentless and probably did 20 reps on the circuit.  This is not to say that everyone (or even most) have to be at the front of the pack, but at the end of the workout, if you aren’t dripping with sweat and out of breath– you need to ask yourself if you worked hard enough.
