Farewell September (YEG)

Where did this month go? Is it just me or does everyone else wonder how, in the blink of an eye, we went from shorts and tanks to tights and long sleeve layers?

As we sprinted through September, I hope you took the time to enjoy what this past month offered the tribe. There were incredible sunrises gifted to us because of our early morning alarms. We had bounces in the rain and ran trails to explore our new indigenous park. Bridge wars challenged us to be creative and hill repeats pushed us to be better than the week before. We bid farewell to Commonwealth after another amazing light season and ran our first “the Walter” challenge. Some of us survived a couple September snow falls while some of you experienced Summit for the first time and some their sixth!

Today you crushed the last September 2018 workout – cruising up and down Walterdale hill. Monday, we get to start October the best way possible – with the tribe!

#justshowup 6 AM
