(Note: if any of these event links don’t work, please join our social page and that should resolve the issue. If you are just looking for the race spreadsheet, it can be found here.)

November Project Chicago Friday workout. 6:00 am. The Bean. (Facebook event)
Our regular Friday workout will be in the same place, at the same time, but with extra awesome energy. If you’re running the marathon, there will be alternative options for yoga led by Ashley Schroeder to keep your body loose and ready for the big day. As always, this is free free free and everyone is welcome. Yes, traverbalers, we will be tagging.

Pizza Mile.
11:00 am. Montrose Lakefront Track. (Facebook event)
You’ve heard of a beer mile. Maybe you’ve heard of a taco mile. But have you ever tried a PIZZA MILE? One square of pizza, one lap of track, four times. One winner will stand as the 2018 Pizza Mile champion. Come to compete or cheer, but #justshowup because you will not want to miss this. Cheering is free and participation is $4 to cover the cost of the pizza.

Race day.
This is what you’ve been training for. If you’re racing, please add yourself to our spreadsheet so that we can watch and cheer for you.

Pre-race Bounce. 6:10 am. Michigan & Congress. (Facebook event)
November Project Chicago’s own Allison Rogers will lead the marathoners in a pre-race bounce that’s sure to get your juices flowing and your legs ready to rumble. Meeting place details are available on Facebook.

Cheer Station. 9:00 am. Wentworth & 26th Street. (Facebook event)
Bring your cowbells. Bring your high fives. Bring your megaphones. Bring your mascot costume. BRING THE ENERGY. We’re going to turn Mile 22 into the best mile of the entire marathon by cheering our voices, legs, and hands off. Our friends at Clif will provide Clif Bars for the cheerers and Clif Blocs for the marathoners. If you’d like to bring other food or drink, please do! It’s going to be an absolutely fabulous day.

After Party. 5:00 pm. D’Agostino’s Pizza & Pub Wrigleyville. (Facebook event)
Join us at D’Agostino’s Wrigleyville location for a fun night of celebration. Marathon finishers can bring their medal or bib for a free piece of pizza or a beer. A full menu and full bar will be available to order dinner and drinks.  There will be surprises from our friends at the North Face and Clif Bar to help make the celebrations even better. Bring your friends, family, and any new friends you make over the weekend!

November Project Chicago Pop-Up. 6:30 am. The Field Museum. (Facebook event)
We’re keeping the tradition alive by hosting a special post-Marathon pop-up workout at the Field Museum on Monday morning. Again, we’ll have stretching and yoga available led by Ashley Schroeder for those with wobbly legs as well as some other surprises up our sleeves. We recommend taking public transportation, biking or divvy to this workout as parking in the area is limited and the parking garage prices will be full priced that morning. Yes, traverbalers, we will be tagging.

Questions?  We are lucky as can be here in Chicago to have the greatest, most supportive tribe we could ask for. They are very helpful at responding to questions on our social page. You can also reach out to co-leaders Dani & Chris directly at novemberprojectchi@gmail.com.
