Nadim left you wanting a choo, choo didn’t he. Instead, we served up a platter of tabatas.
Like last week’s run around the block workout, I also love tabatas for their simplicity. Pick an exercise and work as hard as you can for 20 seconds take a 10-second break and repeat 8 times. So simple and it kicks your butt if you’re willing to push it. You all crushed it today & especially during the final tabata of burpees!
Wednesday is race day. Race last month, race last year, race your neighbor, race a stranger, race for the hat, race for the tee…I don’t care who or what or why you race, you just need to race. Mark your progress, set a new target, achieve a goal…that’s what its all about.

Friday – Walterdale Hill, & yes, we still meet on Good Friday, we meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday regardless of a holiday, weather or anything else!
