I wonder if Max and Steve woke up this morning feeling limber? Officially a year older, they hauled their butts out of bed, joined a hundred or so friends, bounced, yapped like puppies, ran our “new” hill and then they did the limbo…& all of this happened before 6:45am!
Every morning we each wake up a day older and every morning we each get to make a choice on how we want to live out our day.
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning our November Project Canada tribies choose to surround themselves with positivity & community. We each choose to start our day by gifting ourselves with 30 minutes to sweat, challenge perceived limits, conquer goals, hug friends, and make connections.
Today’s positivity award went to JenE who chooses to be super speedy, who chooses to chase everyone up hills, stairs, around the light posts. She chooses to be a positive light. She chooses to smile and encourage others. She chooses to be a part of this great community.
Thank you to all of you who choose to build this amazing tribe and if you haven’t yet made that choice…we are ready to welcome you with open arms! Join us at 6AM…
