Century Day (PHL)

Today’s workout was less running, more calisthenics.  Specifically, 100 repetitions of each of the following workouts: burpees, squats, jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups and hoistees.  We broke the Tribe down into 4 groups based on where their birthday fell between Q1 – Q4.

For added enjoyment some groups shared their hometowns and an interesting fact.  We learned some funny, weird, and downright strange things about our fellow Tribespeople.  While the humidity, even at the early morning hour, was unpleasant — people fought through a difficult workout with smiles on their faces.
