Soooo a couple observations: The mornings are still dark and cold. The Tribe is still positive and strong. And chances are it is still snowing in Boston. This morning started with a high bounce, high fives, hugs and loud expletives. You know standard issue stuff. Today was tough to get out of bed. In fact I pulled that dangerous move where after waking up you climb back into bed just to see what it feels like for what you promise to yourself will only be 5 minutes. Needless to say, I found myself frantically chasing down a cab, commanding the driver to put his foot to the floor so I didn’t miss the bounce. Fortunately, I made it to the Art Museum in time and relief washed over me in an awesome wave. Huge ups, thank you, props, kudos to those who joined us this morning!
Today’s workout consisted of people grouping with members of their birth month. Each month sprinted the stairs to the front door and back, while those at the bottom did all sorts of body weight stuff. After 40 minutes we called time, sprinted one last time, took a photo and sent everyone on their way. John passed the Hard Hat to Stacey who always brings her hugging, running, and racing A game to NP. Congrats Stacey!
See you at Lemon Hill on Friday at 6:25 AM!
