Free Fitness Movement. All you need to do is show up!
As of this Wednesday, December 5th, we will be meeting each week at the Worcester Common Oval, right in front of city hall. 5:30 and 6:20 start times. Here are some FAQ.
Q: Where can I park?
A: You can park on surrounding streets, given there is not a parking ban in place. If street parking is not available, you can park at the Worcester Library in the parking lot (free).
As the temperatures start to drop, it becomes a little more difficult to get out of our warm beds and get going. If you are looking for some inspiration and motivation, please see our instagram (@novemberprojectworcester) and Facebook page for daily posts throughout the month of November that outline why people #justshowup.
Hello tribe 🙂 Just wanted to list a few reminders here. Each week we have been seeing a lot of new faces, so posting content here makes sense and can be accessed at any time. Also, if you wish to be added to our weekly email that drops every Tuesday, please send an email to Novemberprojectwoo@gmail.com and we will add you.
