First off, to explain what Wisconsin notes are:
Dan Graham (DG), the big bro of NP co-founder Brogan Graham and the only leader to have ever started 2 tribes (Madison and later Milwaukee), hated the long, rambly posts that his brother would write. He demanded quickie recaps at the top. Thus was born the Wisconsin note.
Now, back to the long, rambly stuff.
1. Today’s workout saw 30 brave faces, amidst the rain (which really is just mocking us at this point by only starting every Tuesday night then disappearing again midday Wednesday. rude.)
What this means is that we couldn’t tag shirts BUT, bring that shit next week and do a rain dance because if mother nature decides to just chill a little bit, there will be spray paint!
On that note, our official tag has been decided! Your votes called for the Montréal emblem. What does the emblem mean? HISTORY LESSON:

2. The FitOff against the Ottawa np_pledge tribe is this coming Sunday the 30th! We will work out and then we will beer. Please bring a nonperishable to donate and post in the event about car spaces that you have!
