I’m just sitting over hear thinking about all the wonderful mornings we’ve had together… IRL. It’s been a while.
My first day at NP was in June 2014…. a Commonwealth morning. While that entire morning was unique to me (bouncing, grassroots gear, sweaty hugs, high fives from Andrew… before I knew who he was, and more), I also noticed that the crew from Breakfast Television was there to learn more about this morning fitness group that took over the city in the wee hours.
That was a good introduction to NP.
Well, we got the call again to share NP more broadly with Edmonton. This time, CTV Morning wants to know what we’re all doing to move in the same wee hours… during the pandemic.
So….
Whether you’ve been keeping up with NP Canada’s team challenges, connecting with other NP cities, maintaining your NP hills or stairs workouts, doing something entirely different to move, continuing to move from the comfort of your home, or literally anything else – we want to hear and SEE from you.
What am I talking about?
Together (but apart), let’s pull on our grassroots gear and share some morning workout ideas + inspo with Edmonton! After all, Andrew, Jen, and Nadim showed us how Edmonton could be our playground… let’s show others.
If you wish to participate, film a 10 second (or less) video of you moving in the morning hours – any way you want to. Send it to us at novprojectcan@gmail.com by Wednesday Feb 24 at 4pm. A compiled video of us all will be shared at the end of this week on CTV. Of course, we’ll share the deets with ya!
