We had always kinda hid the fact in our hype posts that the last Wednesday was PR day. Everyone knew it in their minds, but we always denied it in some little way because we wanted more people to show up, and we didn’t want to scare new people away.
FUCK. THAT. Embrace it!
PR Day is a reminder of how hard we can push ourselves. And like in life, my friends, it never gets easier; you only become stronger.
The energy was amazing out there today. Thank you all for showing up and bringing it. November Project doesn’t exist without YOU, tribe… Here in SD, or in any of the other 42 cities across the WORLD.

- HELL WEEK – OCTOBER 23-27! Inspired by our very own John “Red” DeBoer, born from NPSD and co-leader at NP Virginia Beach, we’ll be hosting workouts EVERY MORNING for the week. And you get a CUSTOM TAG for every workout you attend! It’s gonna be heavenly hellish.
