#togetherbutapart is expanding!

Well I forgot to write a blog post yesterday (eye roll to the far back of my head).

We are thrilled to be underway with our #enduro challenge this month. We’ve got people joining our Edmonton crew from as far away as Minneapolis, Portland, Toronto, Chicago, and a couple of NPCan transplants to Pender Island. Welcome and I hope you’re all starting to find your groove with this challenge. But not too much. Rob and I will be challenging you (and us) all month long!

A silver lining of covid is that we can expand what we originally meant by #togetherbutapart! And from what I’m hearing, you’re excited to have team members from afar!

The teams are off to the races (literally) and here’s where things have landed so far:

I’ll have you know that our collective distance so far – from those who are participating across North America – is 295.87 km! Yeah ya did.

Also…

Hahaha. You all crack me up! Your team names are hilarious.

Here’s a few of your comments that made me smile this week:

  • Who doesn’t love short pants with functional pockets?
  • We have a team member from Portland, ME. Fuck ya!!
  • I love this new challenge! (So far) 🤣
  • BOSTON HAS THE MOST DOUGHNUT SHOPS PER PERSON

Simply the best.
