Today is Monday.

Today we ran some stairs. Up. Down. Up. Down. That is all.

Ok, seriously, when in Big Foots Basement do we just run stairs?! There were burpees! There were box jumps! There were push ups! There were mountain climbers! And like the running of the bulls in Pamplona our tribe was all over it. Literally. There were people everywhere. It was chaos (for a hot minute). But mostly it was fucking awesome. The usual suspects were all there, but the best part about these past few weeks is that there are so many new faces! Feel like you missed something? You did. Wishing you had just gotten out of bed? You should have. Does this scare you? Good. Just Show Up. It’s not every day that you can wake up and instantly feel like a member of some superhuman, superhero tribe of sleepy eyed, sweaty, endorphin induced happy people. Nope, not every day…yet… Your next shot? Wednesday!

Wednesday…Wednesday…Wednesday… did we mention the next workout is Wednesday? But don’t stop reading just yet, there’s something else happening Wednesday! Yes Clark Kent, I’m talking to you. You too, Diana Prince. And don’t think I don’t see you Bruce Wayne. Time to bust out of those disguises and rock those capes with pride! That’s RIGHT! In honor of Halloween (and any excuse for grown adults to act like kids again) our workout Wednesday will be Cape Themed. Get on it.

What’s better than dressing up for Halloween and working out? Getting someone to do it with you! #3014 is still in motion, get swept up! Enjoy the ride!
