There’s still firsts

Well today was a first for us… the Ice District Plaza.

This felt so new to us that some of you had trouble finding it; though I am glad that you spotted us between the buildings as we ran around that plaza!

I remember back, just a short while ago, to when this plaza was stuffed with Oilers fans outfitted in orange and blue, shoulder to shoulder, all while hollering for their team.

And today, we had this awesome space all to ourselves. To explore, to run around, to find fun + fitness in.

And holy shit was that fun today. What great exercises in the plaza- who doesn’t love a good decline pushup or handrail pullup?! And watermelon for the Loo’s 8th NPversary?! And a street art showcase?!

FYI- Eric helped paint this crosswalk. If you want to know more about it, go ask him. If you don’t know who he is, ask me. I’ll point him out.

And thanks crew for jumping… in the middle of an intersection… so Rob and Lazina could get a fun photo. Haha. If you know me, you know I like jumping photos!

We’re off to a great start this week friends.
