That morning sun. There’s nothing like it.
There was a renewed energy this morning! Lots of bright colours (including Rob and Lazina in matchy yellow… yes, we coordinated. No we didn’t. Yes we did.). Cynthia whizzing down the hill beside us. Puppies! New faces and old faces. A lively high five tunnel. Running sunnies!
All I really want to mention here is that next Friday is TAGGING DAY!!
We forgot to share that this morning and well, that news alone deserves its own post. So there. Bring exact one light or bright coloured shirt and we’ll tag it for you. Next Friday morning.

- Monday at 5:58am- we’re meeting at the Capilano Skate Park (right off of 98 Ave). No, you don’t need a skateboard. 😉
- Wednesday at 5:58am- please stay peeled to our social channels in case we can announce an exciting location. You know what I mean. If we can’t announce an exciting location, we’ll be at Royal Glenora stairs.
- May 22- it’s the Sunrise 6km. We’re racing. We’re waiting for EVERYONE. Bring an extra layer or two.
