Summer is here. Finally. Freeze pops, water slides, beach trips, road races, bike rides, sunburns, globs of aloe….everything great about summer. And with it comes another answer to one of the questions we’re always asked – “Why are your workouts so early?”

DUDE. It gets HOT during the day. So not only do we get to wake up with the best people, not only do we get to see the sun rise, not only do we get the rest of our day to spend doing the rad things about summer with our friends and family – but we don’t have to do it in 90 degree heat and 70% humidity. Which is pretty great. So when you’re recruiting your faces off this week, remember that and remind your friends and family and co-workers and neighbors and random strangers on the Blackstone Blvd Running Path about how nice it is at 6am when it’s only 65 degrees, and there’s still shade. Being #weatherproof works both ways – Cold. Rain. And stupidly hot days too.
Yearbook Photo Day was pretty rad. World renowned photographer Ian Travis Barnard was on hand to take some incredible shots of the tribe – from finger guns to hula hoops to handstands. These will drop on June 28, so stay tuned because when they do, we want to make the internet explode with them.
