Happy Wednesday! This week is Hell Week II: The Upside Down. What is Hell Week? Hell Week is 5 straight days of 530AM workouts in different locations #exploreyourcity. 3 Down & 2 to go! Here is the recap of the week so far:
MONDAY: NORFOLK
We met at the bow of the USS Wisconsin, Speaking of Wisconsin — have you heard of the New Podcast on iTunes called Wisconsin Notes? No? Well we will tell you about it then! Basically, back in the day DG (Dan Graham who happens to be BG’s Big Brother) did not like writing the blog so as the Co-leader of the Madison tribe at the time — he created a blog that was no nonsense and just a quick recap of what’s going on and it was in bullet point format, he called it Wisconsin Notes. This week’s feature on the podcast is the Co-Leader from NP Buffalo aka YOGA STEVE. Each podcast is designed to be short and sweet and to the point. Steve’s episode is maybe 4 mins long so stop scrolling and throw those headphones in! PS it helps that Steve is really good looking.
Back to Norfolk & the USS Wisconsin. We ran around town point park (counterclockwise) and in the blink of an eye the workout was over. The moon was also a supermoon, a supermoon is about 30,000 miles closer to earth than the average moon. #FunFacts

TUESDAY: MILITARY CIRCLE
Did you bring your COSTCO card? Have you ever ran over I-264? We did. It was new and it was fun. The Shadow Monster chased us but we all made it out alive.
Amanda earned the EGGOS on Monday and John H earned them on Tuesday. The Tunnel-Bridge made for an epic earthquake feel bounce.
WEDNESDAY: MOUNT TRASHMORE 530 & 615AM
It was raining in Hawkins, Indiana but that couldn’t slow us down. 530 crew played cards games followed by an AROUND-THE-WORLD. 615 Crew crushed a lap around the park, hills, and some basketball drills in the parking lot.
Maggie EARNED the #PositivityAward & Marleigh works harder than most of us, so she took home the #HardHatAward this week! Nice Job Ladies!
