Race Day is baaaaack!
It’s a new era of recognizing your hard work (those stairs never get easier do they). Fantastic work to everyone who gave it their all this morning.
To live up to our NP community agreements, we want to acknowledge everyone who comes to NP as they are (agreement #1).
Today, we recognized all of you. You all got a PR as we set the baseline for future RG stair race days.
Try to remember where you were when we called time and next month, you can measure your progress against the person who matters most… YOU! Yep, that’s right, PR day is about you and your progress. If you go a bit further next month, we’ll celebrate you! It’ll all happen in the honour system but we have some fun ideas in the works on how we are going to celebrate your progress.
Yes, working your ass off and chasing each other is still important (and you all where flying). It’s time to recognize the efforts of anyone in NP Canada who crushes a PR each month!
