Testing testing 1 2 3 is this thing on. Yes it is indeed true November Project Canada is not going anywhere. Your regular broadcasting of content during this COVID area will continue uninterrupted. You can still expect a:
- Deck workout on Mondays;
- Global workout on Wednesday;
- Cardio day + spice on Fridays; and
- Socially distanced event (i.e. scavenger hunts, sunrise 6km etc.) on long weekends.
November Project is driven and powered by the participation of its members and so long as one person is willing to show up there will always be a November Project in this city no matter who is leading the group.
I wish I had a date that I could tell you for when we will meet again in-person but at the time of writing this it is just not safe for us to do so yet. That said I do have some really exciting news to announce in the coming weeks so keep tuned in to hear all about it!
With Andrew, Jen, and Nadim’s departure a chapter has closed but a new chapter has simultaneously opened. From the bottom of my heart I wish things were different and that we could share the experience and emotions of this together in-person but this is the reality we are in. It goes without saying that November Project globally is the way it is because of their participation and their legacy is truly legendary. I’ll be blunt – I am not trying to fill anyone’s shoes but what I am going to do is continue to facilitate the magic that is November Project Canada. It feels daunting but overwhelmingly I am fucking excited! I cannot wait to see what the future holds and I am privileged to have all of you along for the ride.
Right now I am managing our main social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and while it might take me a few mins for me to reply to you know that I am listening and I want to hear from you! Tag our account in your stories/posts and engage with this community that we hold so dear.
Keep being awesome and we’ll talk again soon,
