Wow! What a morning.
A huge shoutout to our babysitters today- Holly and Sylvia. Way to leads us through this AM.

Together is Truly Better!!!
Awesome morning everyone!!! Thank you to Lazina and Rob for trusting Holly and I to take care of our NP crew this morning! Any one of us will always have your back when needed and will step up so you can have some much needed change of scenery off and on! You are there for us always and we will be there for you, as we are in this together!
I am so grateful for everyone who shows up whenever they can and helps to give each of us something to come away with that makes our day so much brighter. My November Project days are my best days, an extra pep in my step for sure on those days! It is all because of you who choose to come out and join in. We need each other more than ever and if anyone is even just thinking about coming, do it!! You will never regret it, I assure you. You will fit in and be welcomed for sure.
Fitness is a way for us to take care of ourselves and add that with a dose of humans (and pets) who want to do that together, the mix gives you a drug like feeling that will last a long time! Thank you Lazina and Rob for keeping the heart of NP Canada pumping, we appreciate you and what you do for us!
