Morning after #betterthanbedtime (YEG)

Yesterday was #betterthanbedtime and although our original plan was nixed only a few hours before we were supposed to start, we rallied and went to one of Canada’s favourite chains with a nod to NP’s first tribe. We may have circled around a cemetery, may have forced a couple vehicles to wait for us, may have had a human oreo, Charlie Chaplin and a zebra, may have ordered the biggest beers they serve and may have stumbled home but no one really knows, it was crazy.

With this morning’s workout barely 12 hours after most of us left yesterday’s social event, there was a very, very easy workout planned where we didn’t have to worry about expelling any of the copious amount of fluids that were consumed yesterday. I don’t know if that worked out very well though, it could have been the dusting of snow that we had on the ground but at the end of the workout I was soaked, maybe it was from the snow but it also could be from the burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, hoisty-j’s with running laps thrown in there.

We also had a November Project Vancouver tribe member come out this morning, thanks for coming out Melissa, those Fuck Yeahs are well practiced.

Wednesday is Remembrance Day, we also run stairs Wednesday’s, come run some stairs with us at Royal Glenora then pay your respects to those who have sacrificed so much for us.
