You know that feeling when you’re running downhill and without even really trying, you’re running faster than you were?  Faster than you planned to be, and maybe faster than you think you should be?  That momentum is a powerful force.  It gives us a taste of what could be…

Here in Boston, the momentum is building.  The snow is melting (thanks to the rain and the warm temperatures) and the demand to be #Weatherproof is little less intense.  It makes it easier for everyone to show up and get some hugs, build community, and take part in the free fitness movement that is taking over the world.  Our tribe is getting bigger and more enthusiastic.  We’re definitely getting weirder too. This morning we were able to run full hills–front side and back side–with no obstructions except the raindrops.  Just like Wednesday when we ran the full stadium, it’s a good day to feel the FULL hill and remember how fucking awesome that is.  I watched a dude wretch at the top of the hill, almost puking because he was racing so hard.  I love this thing.

Post your reps on the tracker dudes.  It’s what we do.

And in the world, the November Project momentum is building.  BG is repping all of us on NPR today, the New York Times is talking about us, and we are taking over the world.  Know that being a part of this thing is powerful.  Know that YOU showing up makes a difference and every time you show up we are glad you’re here.  I’m saying this to everyone, but I mean it.  We mean it.  Every single one of you.  Pretend that I’m standing in front of you, looking you in the eyes, and I reach out my hand to your shoulder…and I say to you “I’M GLAD YOU’RE HERE!”  Don’t ever forget that.  The momentum is building, and we’re all on this wild ride.  Hold on tight.

MONDAY DESTINATION DECK is in the south end and it’s going to be super fun.  Warm and awesome.  Don’t miss it.  Don’t FOMO.  #JustShowUp.  #Verbal NOW
