Today, you gave out some of the sweatiest hugs I’ve ever received. We really lived up to our promise to deliver sweaty hugs to anyone and everyone who #justshowsup. Not to mention that today’s workout was FREE, FAST, AND FUN. We guarantee each one of those things at every workout or we will give you your money back.
I channeled my inner Gio for the photos while channeling my inner Evan Daniel Sommer for my outfit. Gentlemen, I hope I did you both proud.
NEWS: Sunrise 6k will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24TH at 5:30 and 6:30 AM. It will replace PR Day for this month. The distance will be different, but your effort will be the same: give it all you got.
Make the most out of life, today and every day.
Much love,
Pat
