Sometimes life’s a beach. Sometimes it’s everything but that.
But the one constant is this tribe. They always show up. They always have smiles and hugs for everyone else that shows up. They always are ready to get goofy, ready to get sandy, ready for sweat.
It’s always nice to remember that we have so many places at our disposal for #freefitness, but there are also some clear favorites. So much so, that we’re gonna be coming back to the beach one Friday a month until we hit Beachtober. Gotta give the people what they want.
So thank you, tribe, for showing up and reminding us that this shit is so good. We’ll see you at the next one.
