Karl Moves to LA for PR Day (LAX)

What can I say except this morning was awesome.  Sure Karl the Fog came for a visit and it was pretty tough to see right in front of you, but both 5:27 and 6:27 crushed it.  Today’s PR day marked the 9th time we ran this course and it somehow doesn’t get any easier.  But we did have a new record set on the course for 11.5 laps.  BOOM!

I also heard that Lucas (the new PR winner) was on a championship mountain running team.  Fun fact that could have been distorted from the time that I heard it to when I’m writing the blog.  Guess you’ll have to confirm next time you see him at the workout 🙂

In all cheesiness, we know the hill is tough whether you have been here week after week or it’s your first time or your first time back in awhile.  But the effort you put forth and the positive vibes you bring help make these mornings supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
