It is the little things that make up the big reason.
This morning there were a lot of little things that were shared that reminded me of the big reason I show up each morning to sweat with this amazing community.
The bounce today was LOUD…like really LOUD 👊
One of our kiddos has her kindergarten Terry Fox run today and was excited to wear her grassroots gear to school 👊
One of our OG OMC NP members was back out on the hill this morning 👊
With the count down on and a 4-minute warning declared, some of you charged up the hill to get it one more full lap 👊
One of our newer NP members, who’d previously worn headphones to hills and stairs wasn’t wearing any today, when I asked him about it he declared that he likes coming to NP better without them 👊
There were 4 people who wanted to share their birthdays with us…BOOM 👊
The recipient of the Positivity Award was singing sunshine at the top of his lung this morning while cruising up and down the hill 👊
One of our community members brought a card for others to sign so that we could send our NP Canada love to a NP member in San Diego 👊
All of those little fist bumps add up and turn into one giant group hug and is the reason why I keep showing up.

- Wednesday – FINAL DAY @ Commonwealth Stadium.
- If you would like to bring a thank you card for the commonwealth staff or City of Edmonton for allowing us access to the stadium for the light season we will make sure they are shared.
- Friday – Walterdale Hill
