Indy Monumental Marathon Weekend ’19 Deets (IND)

Happy Monumental Marathon Week everybody!!! There is racing through the city, there is hype, and it’s November….the Monumental Marathon was pretty much made for November Project. So whether you are running or just want to see what the scoop is, here is your guide to marathon week in Indy:

Friday – November Project Indy on the banks of the White River! We will be meeting at Celebration Plaza which is where we held the FIRST EVERY NP INDY FRIDAY WORKOUT!! Even if you’re running on Saturday, still #justshowup. Get the legs moving, shake it out, we won’t wreck your legs for the race, we promise.

Saturday – Race Day.

6:45am/7am-7:30am – Shaw will be leading the official Monumental Marathon Pre-Race Warm-Up along with a “bounce” along with some other Lululemon Ambassadors. This takes place in the Indiana Convention Center Hall A (the Expo hall where you pick up your bibs).

7:45am – The actual NP Indy Pre-Race bounce will happen just outside the Statehouse on the Bicentennial Plaza.

8am – Race Begins.

If you are NOT running – come cheer at the NP/Lululemon Cheer Station which is outside of Broadway Church – 609 E. 29th St. off of Fall Creek. It is right before the half and the full marathons split off, so you will get to cheer on ALL the runners. In past races Lululemon has even brought coffee and donuts…so, if that doesn’t get you to show up and cheer, I don’t know what will!!

As of now we have no “Post-Race Social” plans, but that doesn’t mean that something won’t come up! Anything that happens will get post to the NP Indy social page, so if you are not a member, join it. You have to get somebody to add you, but just ask and we’ll make sure you are added.

Can’t wait to see everybody this weekend! Good luck to all the runners and thanks in advance to all the cheerers for getting us through it!!
