I got 99 problems and a [blank] ain’t one.

There’s a lot of things we can complain about. Sometimes more things seem to go wrong than right and that becomes what we focus on. But if we can shift our focus just slightly to highlight the things that are going right or what is good in our day we might just start to get a little bounce in our step and the bad things might not seem so bad.

So here’s a few non problems that are good for us to focus on:

We didn’t snooze our alarms.

We’re lucky to be able to start our day with movement, fresh (cold) air and amazing people.

We’re healthy, happy and wealthy (free fitness right?!?)

We got a few extra waking hours on this Monday.

We explored a part of the town we don’t normally visit.

We started our morning with a few smiles and maybe even a few laughs.

Last but not least your weekly dose of lunges are over with, unless you want to do more. Okay maybe lunges are one of our problems…

Keep milking your Monday; squeezing it for everything you can.
